Selon moi, la personnalité des enfants dépend de la façon leurs parents et leurs enseignants réagissent à leur comportement. Parfois, Ils devraient récompenser les enfants et les encourager tandis que dans certains cas, Ils doivent être rigoureux et même punir les enfants. Pour motiver les enfants pour avoir un bon comportement, c’est  très important de le récompenser. Ce genre de traitement aura un effet positif sur les enfants et les persuadera de le répète. D’autre part, lorsque les enfants se comportement d’une manière grossière, les parents devraient choisir une autre réaction. Les parents devraient leur expliqué la situation ou les priver de leur loisirs. Mais les punitions ne doit jamais être très dures comme frapper l’enfant, car il a un effet néfaste sur le développement mentale d’un enfant et l’enfants devient aussi têtu. Ainsi les parents et les enseignants devraient choisir une attitude modérée envers les enfants.

This kind of treatment will have a positive effect on children and will persuade them to repeat it. On the other hand, when children behave in a rough way, parents should choose another reaction. Parents should explain to them the situation or deprive them of their hobbies. But punishments should never be very harsh like hitting the child because it has a detrimental effect on the mental development of a child and the children also become stubborn. So parents and teachers should choose a moderate attitude towards children.
